I’m moving! Starting April 2nd, you can schedule in-person sessions with me at my new location on the Square, at 144 Courthouse Square, Goderich. The door is just to the left of the Maitland Valley Wellness Sign, and the waiting room is just inside the door. It’s a beautiful space and I look forward to welcoming you there!

The Maitland Valley Family Health Team has joined Team Unbreakable to offer a mental health and running program to youth at local schools. We will be offering the program to St. Mary’s school for the first time this Spring!
